I have no more hemorrhoids! No more back pain pain!

It was time to be all on the diet or all off the diet.
Following are a few of the ailments I suffered with prior to making the decision to totally change what I ate, and adopt The Hallelujah Diet 100%: severe sleep apnea. I was sleeping on a CPAP machine and without it I would probably have been dead by now; I was over 100 pounds overweight; I was even considering the lap band surgery. Probably would have done it, but my insurance didn't cover the procedure. Sure glad that procedure wasn't covered by insurance; Acid reflux would wake me up every night with a severe burning in my chest, and I ate acid indigestion medication like candy; bleeding hemorrhoids constantly; severe allergies causing constant sneezing and a runny nose; high blood pressure; cholesterol and triglycerides through the roof; back pain so severe I had to take pain medications almost daily.
Now, here I am a little over 4 months since adopting the Hallelujah Diet. I just had a physical and here are the results. At my last physical in March 2004, my triglycerides were 629 - At my recent physical in March 2005, after just 4-months on The Hallelujah Diet, my triglycerides had dropped from 629 to 57; In March 2004, my blood pressure was 145/95 - In March 2005, after just 4-months on The Hallelujah Diet, my blood pressure had dropped from 145/95 to 110/69; In March 2004, my LDL (bad) cholesterol was 333 - In March 2005, after just 4-months on The Hallelujah Diet, my LDL had dropped from 333 to 113; In March 2004, my resting heart rate was 85 - In March 2005, after just 4-months on The Hallelujah Diet, my resting heart rate had dropped from 85 to 60.
In the 4-months since Thanksgiving 2004, on The Hallelujah Diet 100%, I have also lost 70 pounds! My allergies are all but gone! I have no more hemorrhoids! No more back pain pain! I no longer need the CPAP machine to sleep and I no longer snore! (Before the diet change, I could wake the neighbors with my snoring.) I now rune 4-miles per day and work out with weights 3-days per week. I now have unbelievable energy! And my goal is to run a half marathon in December. I hope my testimony will be an encouragement to all. God bless you and your ministry!
