Zesty Macadamia Nut Pie Crust

- ¾ cups macadamia nuts (soaked 6 hours and drained)
- ¾ cups walnuts
- ¾ cups pecans
- ½ cup Medjool dates (pitted)
- ¼ cup coconut butter
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- ½ teaspoon Celtic Sea or Himalayan Salt
- ¼ cup finely shredded unsweetened coconut
Process all ingredients except for coconut in a food processor with the “S” blade until a moist consistency. Place coconut in the bottom of a spring form pan. Chill crust while making your filling.
