Zesty Cabbage Slaw

Surprise your family and guests with a delightful twist on traditional slaw! Rhonda's recipe is not only great tasting, it's health-promoting and contains no animal products or processed ingredients.
Ingredients
Slaw Ingredients
- 1 small red or green cabbage (cored and shredded)
- 2 celery stalks (preferably from the heart sliced into thin u’s)
- 2 medium carrots (shredded)
- 2 small red onions (minced)
- 3 radishes (sliced thin)
- 1 red pepper (cored, seeded, and diced fine)
Slaw Dressing
- 2 Tbsp raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- ¼ tsp minced garlic
- ¼ tsp Celtic or Himalayan sea salt
- Pinch of cayenne
Directions
- Prepare slaw ingredients and mix well.
- Combine slaw dressing ingredients and mix well.
- Pour dressing over slaw, toss to combine, and serve.
