Yvonne's Mexican Rice & Beans

Directions

2 cups brown Basmati rice

1 15 oz can black beans

1/2 jar Salsa (mild or hot according to taste)

Yvonne writes: "Cook rice according to directions. When done, stir in beans and salsa. Yummy!" This recipe should by nice for the evening meal on a cool spring night along with a nice big garden salad. And don't forget your BarleyMax appetizer 20-30 minutes before the salad. ENJOY!
