Versatile Veggie Sauce
Making magic sauce for veggie people you will love it.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter
- 2-4 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic 1 Tbsp. honey Juice from
- 1 handsqueezed lemon
- 2 tsp. grated ginger root
- 1 Tbsp. Tamari, wheat-free soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil 1/2 -
- 1 tsp. caynne powder filtered water to blend with
Directions
- Place all ingredients in blender.
- Add only enough water to facilitate blending.
- Should look as if a thick creamy soup.
- Adjust flavor now, may want to increase ginger.
- Pour blender mixture into saucepan, heat only until warm to the touch, allow to set 5 minutes to allow flavor meld.
- Drizzle over shredded cabbages or sprouts, sliced salads.
- Great over cauliflower and broccoli.
