Thomas' Eat The Color Salad *****
Creativing a colorful salad makes you want to eat all the colors in it.
Ingredients
- Cauliflower (white)
- Celery (green)
- Carrots (orange)
- Sweet bell pepper (red)
- Cucumber (light green)
Directions
- Place each ingredient in a separate bowl and each family member builds their own salad layer by layer.
- The object is to make the food on the plate pleasing to the eye.
- At our house, the salad has eating rules.
- If there are 5 colors in the salad, I tell my kids they have to eat 4 of the 5.
- Add your favorite dressing and ENJOY!
