Tangy Dressing
Trying a Tangy dressing on salad makes them tastied very good.
Ingredients
- 1 handful of parsley
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 c. of apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. grape seed oil or olive oil
Directions
- By adding different herbs or garlic you can change the flavour slightly of the dressing.
- Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth.
- Use straight away or leave to sit.
- This can be served on salads, avocado or floated on top of a japanese style vegetable and noodle soup to give it a Thai style flavour.
