Tangy Dressing

Trying a Tangy dressing on salad makes them tastied very good.

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of parsley
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 c. of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c. grape seed oil or olive oil

Directions

  1. By adding different herbs or garlic you can change the flavour slightly of the dressing.
  2. Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth.
  3. Use straight away or leave to sit.
  4. This can be served on salads, avocado or floated on top of a japanese style vegetable and noodle soup to give it a Thai style flavour.
