Shallot Vinaigrette

This wonderfully gourmet dressing can be prepared in just a few minutes. Goes great with our Mixed Greens and Pears recipe.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup shallots, minced
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
- 2 Tbsp raw unfiltered honey
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¾ tsp Celtic Sea Salt
- Pinch of cayenne
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together shallots, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Slowly drizzle in the oil, whisking to incorporate.
- Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking.
