It is made with raw dehydrated sea vegetables and contains all kinds of nutrients – Vitamins A, B-6, C, Chlorophyll, Protein, Enzymes, Riboflavin, Niacin and Enzymes; along with a nice array of naturally occurring minerals: Calcium, Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Iodine, Chromium, and Zinc, plus many other naturally occurring trace minerals. Go to your local Health Food store and purchase a package of dehydrated Kelp, Dulse, Laver, and Wakame (or any other kind or combination available). You could also add raw sesame seeds, Celtic or Himalayan salt, and black pepper if you like to this sea vegetable mix to create an even tastier seasoning. At home place equal amounts (1/3 cup of each) in your blender and blend until a fine consistency is reached. It will take a very powerful blender to make a real fine consistency but most any blenders will chop them up fine enough to place in a shaker bottle with large holes. Place shaker bottle on table or in spice rack and use to season salads, or most any other dish you would like to enhance the flavor of.
