Raw Tomato Soup

This is a thick, hearty soup. From this basic recipe you can also add distilled water to make tomato juice. Be creative and ENJOY!
Ingredients
- 2 cups vine ripe tomatoes
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 fresh basil leaf
- 1 inch of fresh oregano leaves on stem
- 1 garlic/chive spike
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a VitaMix or other high speed blender.
- Push all ingredients in to the blades with the plunger.
- Turn on high until all ingredients are thoroughly pulverized
- Pour into mugs and serve.
Options: You can add finely chopped sweet onion and red pepper to the soup after it is removed from the blender.
