Raw Carob Fudge (With the Taste of Chocolate)

Craving chocolate and other Holiday sweets? This 'chocolatey' recipe is found on page 272 of Hallelujah Holiday Recipes by Rhonda Malkmus. The recipe says it will keep for a week in the fridge, but we doubt you'll be able to resist eating it all before then!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 3/4 cup Carob Powder
- 1/4 cup Sesame Seeds (ground)
- 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds (ground)
- 1/2 cup Raw Almond Butter
- 4-6 Medjool Dates (pitted, soaked 2 hours & drained)
- 1/2 to 1 cup Walnuts OR Pecans (chopped course)
Directions
Place all ingredients in food processor with S blade, and mix well. Press into 8-inch square pan lined with lecithin or lightly oiled, refrigerate till firm. Cut into 1-inch squares and serve. (Kept covered and in refrigerator it will keep for at least a week (but it is doubtful it will last that long without being eaten.) ENJOY!
