Raw Crunchy Salad Sprinkles

For extra flavor and crunch, sprinkle over your veggie.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 cups distilled water
  • 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt 

Directions

  1. Dissolve salt into distilled water.
  2. Soak sunflower seeds in the salt water overnight, rinse, and then dehydrate thoroughly at 105 degrees. ENJOY!
