Raw Almond Butter Hummus

This unique and savory hummus recipe will keep them coming back for more!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup sunflower seeds (soaked overnight and drained)
  • ½ cup raw almond butter
  • 1 medium zucchini (cut into 1” pieces)
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of one Meyer lemon
  • 3 garlic cloves (peeled)
  • 1 tsp Celtic Sea Salt or Himalayan Salt (or to taste)
  • ¾ tsp cumin
  • Pinch of cayenne
  • Pinch of paprika

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor with an “S” blade and process until creamy. If too thin, add some more almond butter.
  2. Cover and store in the refrigerator. It will keep refrigerated for several days.
