Raw Almond Butter Hummus

This unique and savory hummus recipe will keep them coming back for more!
Ingredients
- ¾ cup sunflower seeds (soaked overnight and drained)
- ½ cup raw almond butter
- 1 medium zucchini (cut into 1” pieces)
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of one Meyer lemon
- 3 garlic cloves (peeled)
- 1 tsp Celtic Sea Salt or Himalayan Salt (or to taste)
- ¾ tsp cumin
- Pinch of cayenne
- Pinch of paprika
Directions
- Place all ingredients in food processor with an “S” blade and process until creamy. If too thin, add some more almond butter.
- Cover and store in the refrigerator. It will keep refrigerated for several days.
