Powerhouse Green Juice Special

Hallelujah Acres has a Smoothie and Juice Bar in its Health Food Store where a person can order any combination of vegetable juices they desire. Recently they have been making the following green juice drink combination that is absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
- 3 apples (2 Fuji, 1 Granny Smith)
- ¼ beet
- 1 bunch celery
- 1 bunch collards
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 bunch kale
- ½ bunch parsley
- ½ head romaine lettuce
- 3 Asian pears
- 1 head green leaf lettuce
- 1 head bok choy
Directions
Juice all ingredients using a high quality juicer (ie. Green Star) and enjoy!
Makes 80 oz (2-1/2 quarts) that can be poured into jelly jars and sealed (leaving as little air as possible). Juice will remain fresh for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
