Power Smoothie

It's easy to power up and eat healthy when you add BarleyMax to the mix.

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 Cup Mung Bean Sprouts
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk*
  • 1/2 Cup Pitted Dates
  • 1 Tbsp BarleyMax Powder

Directions

Blend, serve and enjoy!

*Coconut water can be substituted for coconut milk. Coconut water is the water (or juice) found inside a young coconut. Coconut milk is made by blending this water with the white coconut meat.
