Mom's Weight Loss Juice

For those moms (and anyone else) wanting to lose some weight, this is an excellent meal replacement, to assist you in your weight loss effort. It is also excellent for anyone who desires good health, whether overweight or not.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound of carrots
  • 4 stalks of celery
  • 1 apple

*ORGANIC INGREDIENTS ARE ALWAYS RECOMMENDED

Directions

  1. Peel carrots
  2. clean celery and cut into 2-inch pieces,
  3.  If the apple is organic, quarter, remove stem, leaving skin and seeds (If not organic, peal, quarter, and remove seeds and stem.)
  4.   Run all ingredients through juicer, drink very slowly, mixing each mouthful with saliva to enjoy the subtle flavors before swallowing. ENJOY!

(Serves 1 and only contains about 100 calories)
