Carob Mint Smoothie

There's nothing like the cool, fresh taste of mint... especially in a chocolatey smoothie! Mint is great for digestion and is a folk remedy for headaches, nausea, and asthma.
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond milk (or 2 cups distilled water and 1/3 cup almonds)
- 3 Medjool dates (pitted)
- 1/3 cup raw carob powder
- 1 Tbsp raw unfiltered honey
- 3 mint leaves
Directions
Place all ingredients in a Vitamix or other powerful blender and blend until creamy.
