Ingredients
- 2 cups organic canned kidney beans, drained
- 2 cups organic canned chickpeas, drained
- 1/3 cup diced sweet pepper
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes, drained
- 1/3 cup diced onion
- 1 rib celery, diced
- 1 Tbsp Vegenaise or almond mayonnaise
Directions
Just mix all ingredients well and serve!
