Joans Whole Wheat Bread

This recipe makes a light, delicious, nutritious, two pound loaf of bread.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups very warm water
- 4 1/2 cups freshly ground whole-wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Celtic sea salt
- 1 3/4 teaspoons yeast
- 1 1/2 teaspoons gluten flour
Directions
- Place all ingredients in machine in order recommended by manufacturer.
- set machine for whole wheat cycle." ENJOY!
