Joans Whole Wheat Bread

This recipe makes a light, delicious, nutritious, two pound loaf of bread.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups very warm water
  • 4 1/2 cups freshly ground whole-wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Celtic sea salt
  • 1 3/4 teaspoons yeast
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons gluten flour

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in machine in order recommended by manufacturer.
  2. set machine for whole wheat cycle." ENJOY!
