Jeanettes Unleavened Bread

Easy bread for topping or just snacking!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of whole-wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3/4 cup distilled water, or just enough water to form a soft ball

Directions

  1. Roll out the dough between 2 teflex sheets (used for dehydrating) until very thin.
  2.  Lightly oil the baking sheet and bake the thin sheet of dough in a 500 degree oven for 6-7 minutes.
  3. Cut into squares using a pizza cutter. ENJOY!
