Jeanettes Unleavened Bread
Easy bread for topping or just snacking!
Ingredients
- 2 cups of whole-wheat flour
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3/4 cup distilled water, or just enough water to form a soft ball
Directions
- Roll out the dough between 2 teflex sheets (used for dehydrating) until very thin.
- Lightly oil the baking sheet and bake the thin sheet of dough in a 500 degree oven for 6-7 minutes.
- Cut into squares using a pizza cutter. ENJOY!
