Healthy Croutons

Nice crunch to salads or soups.

Ingredients

  • Several slices Ezekiel Bread
  • onion powder to taste
  • italian seasoning to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • Celtic sea salt to taste

 

*Organic ingredients are always recommended

Directions

  1. Cut the bread into small squares,
  2.  put them in a bowl,
  3. add  the spices and stir till all ingredients are blended.
  4. You can also toast them if you want them crunchy. Olive oil could be added after toasting if desired.
