Need a healthy replacement for garlic butter? You've found it! Rhonda has added savory herbs and garlic to her original "Hallelujah Butter" recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pine or macadamia nuts or half cup of each (soaked over-night and drained)
  • 2 Tbsp Udo’s Oil Blend
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup organic coconut oil
  • ½ cup distilled water
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • 1 tsp unrefined sea salt
  • 2 garlic cloves (peeled)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh basil (minced)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley (minced)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except basil and parsley in Vitamix or other powerful blender and process until smooth.
  2. Pour "butter" into bowl and fold in fresh herbs.
  3. Transfer to a small glass bowl, jar or butter mold, cover, and refrigerate until set.
  4. Serve with whole grain bread or crackers.
