Green Smoothie
When we think of smoothie's we usually think of fruit, but a very tasty and extremely nutritious smoothie can be made using greens and walnuts.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Flax Seed (freshly ground)
- OR (not both) 3 tablespoons Hallelujah Acres B/Flax/D
- 1/4 cup Walnuts (freshly ground)
- 1 leaf of Kale
- 1/2 cup baby Spinach
- 1 small ripe Banana
- 6 ounces Apple Juice (organic)
- 3 ounces purified water
*ORGANIC INGREDIENTS ARE ALWAYS RECOMMENDED.
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed for 60 seconds. ENJOY!
