Greek Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil or flaxseed oil
- ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon raw unfiltered honey
- ¼ cup fresh oregano or basil leaves
- ¼ medium tomato
- 1 Tablespoon red onion
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- Pinch of cayenne
- ½ teaspoon Celtic sea salt (optional)
Directions
Prepare all ingredients and place into Vita Mix or other blender and process until creamy. Enjoy!
