Flax Max Breakfast Smoothie

Flax oil is rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, which are typically linked with fish oils, but flax oil provides a good vegetarian source. Flax oil protects the body against inflammation, high blood pressure, helps to regulate cholesterol and triglycerides, and improves the absorption of calcium. This yummy breakfast is a great way to get that needed nutrient!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp almond butter
  • 2 Tbsp Flora DHA Flax Oil
  • 2 Tbsp B-Flax-D
  • 1 Tbsp unsulphured molasses

Directions

  1. Mix all in a blender and serve.
