After a hefty workout, your body needs to recover! This drink (featured on our "Exercise Essentials with Paul and Ann" online fitness video program) has all you need to repair muscle and replenish nutrients so you can recover faster and get back at it!
Ingredients
- Water from 1 young Thai coconut
- Desired amount of coconut meat (if meat is soft)
- Desired number of scoops hemp protein powder or shelled hemp seed
- Hallelujah Acres B12-B6-Folic Acid tablet
- Contents from a Hallelujah Acres Professional Strength Probiotics capsule
Directions
- Grind B12-B6-Folic Acid tablet (if you are using a high-powered blender, you may skip this step).
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend briefly.
