Cruciferous Salad

Ingredients

Salad

  • 2 cups cauliflower florets, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped water chestnuts
  • 2/3 cup frozen green peas

Dressing

  • 1 cup Vegenaise
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey
  • 1/4 tsp Celtic sea salt
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Directions

  1. Combine all salad ingredients to a bowl.
  2. Mix dressing well and blend into salad to taste.
