Cruciferous Salad

Ingredients
Salad
- 2 cups cauliflower florets, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cups broccoli florets, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped water chestnuts
- 2/3 cup frozen green peas
Dressing
- 1 cup Vegenaise
- 1 Tbsp raw honey
- 1/4 tsp Celtic sea salt
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Directions
- Combine all salad ingredients to a bowl.
- Mix dressing well and blend into salad to taste.
