Cream of Carrot Soup
Simple and delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 cup of raw, organic almonds (soak at least 12 hours in distilled water and then slip off skins before using)
- 4 cups freshly made carrot juice
- dried herbs blend
Directions
- Blend soaked almonds in blender with just enough carrot juice to produce a smooth texture.
- Add remaining juice and blend until creamy.
- Season with fresh or dried herbs if desired.
Serves 4.
