Cream of Carrot Soup

Simple and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of raw, organic almonds (soak at least 12 hours in distilled water and then slip off skins before using)
  • 4 cups freshly made carrot juice
  • dried herbs blend

 

Directions

  1. Blend soaked almonds in blender with just enough carrot juice to produce a smooth texture.
  2. Add remaining juice and blend until creamy.
  3. Season with fresh or dried herbs if desired.

Serves 4.
