Carrot, Beet & Spinach Juice
The following juicing recipe is not only delicious, but extremely nutritious, as it combines the nutrients from three different nutrient dense vegetables. It is also very colorful, especially when served in a stemmed glass.
- ¾ pounds carrots
- ½ of a medium beet (with greens if organic)
- Spinach (handful)
Run veggies through juicer, then strain, and then ENJOY. "Here’s to your health!"
