Avocado / Raspberry / Banana Green Smoothie

Try this for a satisfying mid-morning snack or even a meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup distilled water
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ banana (frozen or unfrozen)
  • Greens (handful of spinach or kale or collards

*Organic ingredients are always recommended.

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend well.
  2. Add more water if too thick. ENJOY!
