Aunt Elisa's Favorite Salad Dressing

If you have surprise guests and no time, this dressing will save the day!

Ingredients

  • 1 part extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 part raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  • 1 part honey

Vary flavor by changing vinegars (do not use white vinegar) and by using more or less honey.

Directions

  1. Just mix together and serve!
