The Power-Aider

In a hurry? Need some nutrition quickly? This juice is it — and the ingredients are likely things you have in the refrigerator right now!

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces of freshly extracted carrot juice (roughly 1/2 pound of carrots if not juiced already)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/8-inch slice of ginger
  • 1/2 medium cucumber
  •  2 celery ribs including leaves
  • 1/2 sweet apple (peeled if not organic)

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients and run through juicing machine.
  2. Strain and enjoy!
