In a hurry? Need some nutrition quickly? This juice is it — and the ingredients are likely things you have in the refrigerator right now!
Ingredients
- 4 oz of freshly extracted carrot juice (roughly 1/2 pound of carrots if not juiced already - or mix 1 Tbsp of CarrotJuiceMax in 4 oz water)
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/8-inch slice of ginger
- 1/2 medium cucumber
- 2 celery ribs including leaves
- 1/2 sweet apple (peeled if not organic)
Directions
- Prepare all ingredients and run through a high quality, enzyme-retaininng juicer such as a Champion, Hurom, or Green Star.
- Strain and enjoy!
