AC's Crunchy Raw Cereal

This raw cereal works well to curb the breakfast cravings; and if you've been on The Hallelujah Diet for a while, it makes a great addition to lunch. 

Ingredients

  • 1 small sweet potato (grated or flaked)
  • 1/4 cup raw almonds or walnuts (chopped & soaked)
  • 1 banana (sliced)
  • sweet almond milk (from Rhonda's Recipes for Life recipe book)

Directions

  1. Mix first three ingredients together.
  2. Pour sweet almond milk over the mixture.

It's crunchy, delicious, and won't get soggy in the milk.
