Research Studies
Scientific Validation and Research
Our goal at Hallelujah Acres and that of our research arm, the Hallelujah Acres Foundation, is to take scientific study about vegetarianism, especially a primarily raw vegan diet, to a new level.
Much of the research conducted by health organizations in this and other countries typically does not have a vegetarian diet as the focus. However, most of the studies that include a nutrition assessment contain references to the benefits of eating more vegetables and fruits.
On this page you will find the raw vegan diet studies which Hallelujah Acres Foundation has conducted to date, and their results. As more funding is made available for the Foundation, we intend to conduct additional studies about dietary interventions and their benefits on health.
