Plans for New Hallelujah Acres International Headquarters and Residential Community
Hallelujah Acres recently announced that it plans to develop a new international headquarters facility would include a residential community. The response has been overwhelmingly positive with 1,369 people responding that they intend to be a part of the residential community aspect of the Hallelujah Acres International Headquarters project.

Hallelujah Acres programs and influence continues to grow. Nearly 1,000 new people contact Hallelujah Acres each week in search of information, products and services. In response to this growth, Hallelujah Acres is finalizing plans to relocate and expand its international headquarters facilities. The proposed plan for the new facility includes:

With the amount of land currently available to Hallelujah Acres for the development, over 1,000 homes are possible, including condominiums and single family detached dwellings.
Additional information on the survey conducted to determine the demand for the residential component of the new Hallelujah Acres International Headquarters development includes:

46% of the homes would be over $200,000
22% of the homes would be over $300,000
Average home size between 1,500 and 2,500 sq. ft.
62% of respondents are between 46 and 65 years of age
54% are married
34% of respondents would like a lot less than ¼ acre
96% prefer walking trails, 71% prefer a community club, 80% prefer sidewalks
54% would be primary residence, 46% would be second home
The new headquarters will be located across the street from the current headquarters in Shelby, North Carolina.
